N\u2019importe qui peut facilement apprendre la pratique, y compris les enfants. Ce n\u2019est pas une religion ni une philosophie. Elle n\u2019exige pas de changement dans ses croyances. Elle ne prescrit pas de code de conduite. Elle est pratiqu\u00e9e pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, deux fois par jour, tout en \u00e9tant assis confortablement, les yeux ferm\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La MT permet \u00e0 l\u2019esprit de faire l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019un \u00e9tat de vigilance au repos, un \u00e9tat o\u00f9 l\u2019esprit est tr\u00e8s apais\u00e9 tout en restant \u00e9veill\u00e9 et alerte. Le processus de permettre \u00e0 l\u2019esprit de s\u2019apaiser est connu comme la transcendance et est atteint assez facilement une fois la formation \u00e0 la MT termin\u00e9e. Alors que l\u2019esprit conna\u00eet cet \u00e9tat de \u00ab vigilance au repos \u00bb ou de transcendance, le corps \u00e9prouve en m\u00eame temps un \u00e9tat de repos tr\u00e8s profond tel que mesur\u00e9 par le rythme cardiaque, le rythme respiratoire et la r\u00e9duction des hormones de stress dans le corps.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Une formation personnalis\u00e9e ad\u00e9quate par un enseignant qualifi\u00e9 est essentielle au succ\u00e8s de la pratique de cette technique. Il est essentiel que chaque \u00e9tudiant apprenne la MT avec un enseignant qualifi\u00e9 afin qu\u2019une bonne compr\u00e9hension de la MT puisse \u00eatre donn\u00e9e en fonction de sa propre pratique de la technique. Elle ne peut pas \u00eatre apprise \u00e0 partir d\u2019un livre, d\u2019une vid\u00e9o ou d\u2019une application.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Les bienfaits de la MT<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">La MT s\u2019est montr\u00e9e tr\u00e8s efficace pour r\u00e9duire les troubles li\u00e9s au stress tels que l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, la d\u00e9pression, le SSPT et l\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle. La MT ne cible pas de sympt\u00f4mes sp\u00e9cifiques, mais suscite plut\u00f4t une r\u00e9ponse g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de relaxation, permettant au corps de se gu\u00e9rir lui-m\u00eame. Les bienfaits d\u00e9coulant de la pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re peuvent varier d\u2019une personne \u00e0 l\u2019autre, selon la fa\u00e7on dont leur physiologie particuli\u00e8re r\u00e9agit au stress.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pour pratiquer la technique de MT, une personne n\u2019a pas \u00e0 renoncer \u00e0 toute autre modalit\u00e9 de traitement recommand\u00e9e par un professionnel de la sant\u00e9, ni \u00e0 toute autre technique de sant\u00e9 ou de d\u00e9veloppement personnel qu\u2019elle pratique.
